Duende is the latest of my pop up series. I was known for my secret suppers in my delis in Twickenham and Isleworth, where I was a London Finalist in UKTV’s Gary Rhodes’ Local Food Heroes.
Since moving to the Chilterns in 2013 I've popped up as The Lop Eared Pig in an old tractor barn on a farm every weekend, and as a the guest chef of the first runs of the pop up Temperance in 2014.I've since then had two pop ups as Duende in Chesham and Little Missenden.
