I live in Manchester and have a regular day job but my real passion is food. As child I spent a lot of time hanging around the kitchen learning how to make spring rolls and curry paste from scratch or waiting patiently in the doorway hoping my dad would give me my favourite treat of a succulent roast duck leg. Now I'm all grown up I have a few ideas of my own...
