- I am a real foodie and prefer quality and money, time and energy spent on the food, not the frippery and show. Many years ago I studdied in France for 6 month under a french chef but have dropped much of what I learned as friends became intimadated. Now guests who come to me get whats there and nothing too organised. I am a teacher, married and love trave3lling and eating local food.
