In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
I am a passionate cook, I think about food constantly and even left my job as a graphic designer to start a new business manufacturing and selling sauces to local farm shops and at farmers markets. It was the best thing I have ever done. Now I would like to create a supper club as I just love to see the expressions on peoples faces change (in a good way) when they taste my food, there is nothing more rewarding than creating a dish and seeing others really enjoy it.

Hi Elys, I think both rustic and goumet menu's sound great my only advice would be if you aren't used to cooking for a lot of people is to make sure that you can prepare all of it without too much stress. If most of it can be done in advance it will take the pressure off on the night as everyone will be popping into the kitchen to see you Jen
