My first words were ‘yum yum’ and I owned a pressure cooker at the age of seven, so it was no surprise that I trained to be a professional chef 15 years ago at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in London. I travelled and tasted wine through the vineyards of France and then cooked (and ate) my way around Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and California.
My passion for delicious homemade (and grown) food combined with professionalism and an abundance of experience brings loyal clients and recommendations to Thyme and Place.
