Tonight is our last night indoors, after tonight we are back outside again.  The weather is warmer the dishes have now changed to reflect the approaching summer.

Trying to find ingredients in Spain is both rewarding and challenging.  Great going to local markets and trying new things.  challenging when you just cant find ingredients that we take for granted in the UK.  And god forbid you forgot anything prior to cooking on a Sunday...... nowhere is open!!!

The weather is starting to change cant wait until we are hosting outside again.

Well that's the first one done and comments posted on tripadvisor.  I was like an expectant mother.....I'm now proud to announce the evening a complete success with great reviews.  I'm so happy
