[The Secret Teacup]

The Secret Teacup is an underground tearoom located in a ramshackle farmhouse nr Clapham in the Yorkshire Dales.

Guests are welcome from 2pm & will share a delightful homemade afternoon tea at a table of like minded strangers with stories to tell, yarns to be spun & friends to be made.....

The menu & venue details will be emailed to you prior to the event but should you wish to make a day (or weekend) of it there are several attractions in the area including nature trail & show cave & with a very friendly B&B a short distance away.

Served on 2 tables laid with an eclectic mish mash of vintage china & flowers from the garden, the menu will include various sandwiches & savouries, a choice of cakes, scones & biscuits along with tea, coffee & lashings of homemade lemonade & fruit cordial.

We aim to source most of the ingredients locally & will include eggs from our chickens, honey from our beehives, fruit from the garden & various salads grown in the polytunnel.

Other produce will come from local farmers & growers.
