Coming to the end of our last 5 year project which was running a  pub in the unlikely sounding village of Brightwell cum Sotwell, I am so excited at the prospect of starting a Supper Club from my home in the summer.  I have only just come across this amazing community of supper clubbers and and am thrilled.  Running the pub has been a challenge yet extremely rewarding, we have built up a very successful business  in a tricky climate, by promoting home cooked food using local produce where possible,  but it is hard work and such long hours that we are selling now in order to do something a little less time consuming and I will be able to do the cooking myself instead of leaving it to our chefs which will be great.  Reading ms Marmite Lovers book has been inspirational, I'm just finding it difficult having to wait to get going.  Anybody who want to buy my leasehold free of tie gorgeous village pub can contact me through the web site www.redlion.biz.
