[Foxy Feasts]

In just over a week we are well on the road to setting up a supper club in Colwyn Bay in North Wales. I think the idea of doing something like this had been brewing for a while and once it became a new year resolution I knew that Jane would be the perfect gastronomic partner. Between us we can cover all the bases and have a great time in the process.

Last night we met with Denise from Moel Faban Suppers. She was really encouraging and gave us some great tips. We're looking forward to being able to use some delicious local food and really push ourselves in our cooking and entertaining. Even our six kids are excited - they want to make posters and be waitresses and sous chefs.
