Welcome chaps and chappesses to our 1940s Victory Party. Celebrating the food, wine, music & spirit of the 1940s. You'll enjoy a rationed meal plus a few extras from some 'non rationed' retailers, huh hum....we'll say no more about that.

The fun doesn't stop there either, we'll being running an Onion raffle, as part of the evening and as usual we'll be sharing communal tables to mix with other wartime wives, husbands, soldiers and evacuees. We ask you to come dressed in the period – this is a great excuse to find some vintage ware to add to the evening's atmosphere! To really build up to the big Victory night, The Next Big Event team will be living on rations the week before, and we'd like as many of you to do this as well.......more details to follow! This is bring your own booze event ( and brew your own booze ) - so raid your's pa's larder for ales and that last bottle of whisky from before the war.
