Final Menu:
Amuse Bouche - home made sausages glazed with hone & mustard
Starter - Spiced pumpkin soup, served with aged gouda, frazzled chorizo & parsley
Mains - Lamb Shanks braised in red wine, rosemary & redcurrant jelly, served with parship puree, mulled wine poached beetroot, & cavolo nero
or Mustard Rarebit topped Smoked Haddock, with creamed spinach
Dessert - Sticky parkin pudding with ginger ice cream & salted caramel
Cheese - Keens Cheddar served with toffee apples!
