Our next Bootleg Supper will be early February introducing the Marinade Brigade!
We will be offering an experimental menu made up of marinated seasonal delights – not without our Bootleg twist of course! Using soaking, seasoning, spices and pickling as some of the methods to give our dishes TLC and bring out the best in flavour; hopefully providing a creative & unique menu for your enjoyment.
