As part of the food festival I will be running my first 2 supper clubs
The type of food I like to cook is big on flavour. Think mezze and tapas.
Not a set 3 course menu rather an informal flow of food and dishes that will fill the air with delicious smells and a spot of story telling will all help to get the chatter going.
