Pappa al pomodoro – simple and rustic, this “primo” is made of Tuscan bread, tomatoes and olive oil with all the right herbs and spices.
Polpettine di pollo con ricotta e piselli alla fiorentina – ricotta and chicken meatballs with florentine spring peas
Mousse al caffe – Rich espresso mousse
