So we've totally changed our menu for Saturday! Really excited we've got a full house. Looking forward to it.
Cocktail surprise
Beetroot and maple salad
Lemon and ricotta cappelletti with asparagus
Baked mussels with chips
Veggie option: Melanzane
Elderflower panacotta with rhubarb and vanilla sorbet and crumble

Here's the menu folks:
Cocktail: Orange & Lime Margarita with exciting salty snacks
Starter: Ceviche on mango and avocado salad
Main course: Spicy fish steaks in tomato salsa with patacones*, coca cola rice and tomatoes
Pudding: Pina Colada Frozen Yoghurt, Lime Ice Cream and Passion Fruit Tart
*patacones are plantains that have been squashed and deep fried to make the best chips ever
