The Menu
The precise menu will depend on the best ingredients available in the days preceding 6th May but the menu will be a celebration of Spring and will revolve around the following courses and ingredients:
Canapes
Freshest Lyme Bay crab
Devon hogget char-grilled with wild garlic
Savoury
Chocolate and caramel tart
Petits fours
The vegetarian options will include English asparagus, hop shoots and wild leaves.
