We're finally doing it! The inaugural feast, how exciting! We have three days in March on 1st, 2nd and 3rd (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) at an amazing venue in Clapham Junction. The venue is a great space with a roof terrace and great views of the city! Fingers crossed for a mild evening...
Here's the menu:
Canapés and welcome drinks on arrival
Braised leek and pancetta consomme with sweet fontina bruchetta
Braised leek consomme with smokey scamora bruchetta (v)
Lemon and basil sorbet
Pork fillet medallions in a wild mushroom, tarragon and sherry sauce with handmade pappardelle, purple sprouting broccoli, baby beet leaf and
roasted cherry salad
Baked courgette, fenugreek and ricotta frikkadels with handmade
pappardelle porcini butter, and a red chicory, apricot and
coriander salsa (v)
Blood orange tart with an almond crust served with
cardamom ice cream and vanilla frosted flowers
Cheese selection paired with homemade preserves
and crisped walnut bread
Its £25 per head, BYOB. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a spot stating which evening you would like to come and whether you are taking the vegetarian or meat option. We will reply with details of how to transfer the money and the address of the venue. Once you've paid, your seat is booked. Its on a first come first serve basis and numbers are limited.
Come and help us make our first event a rip roaring success. We are both professional chefs with experience of events and pop ups before, so the food is a guaranteed success. All we need is a room full of gorgeous lovely diners to make this event truly memorable.
