After various requests to start an Indian cookery class, I have finally decided to open my kitchen for a few cooking sessions.I will be teaching around 4 Indian vegetarian dishes in this class that will include a side dish (has been a hit in my supperclub), a North-Indian favourite (a.k.a some ‘curry’), pulao (rice dish) and a Raita (yoghurt based ).
All the participants will be involved in the process …from cooking to eating and cleaning up after that. There is no reason to worry if you are not familiar with Indian cooking ingredients as I will describe the ingredients used in the recipes as we go along. It will be a small group for better understanding and attention.
All the ingredients will be provided by me. The fee is £30 per person per class. The time duration in total will be three to three and a half hours Please email me at email@example.com for confirmation of attendance and prepayment details . Please come in comfortable clothing and bring an apron (if u have one!)
