Event Description

For this fabulous evening you won’t need to bring your own wine, as wine is being provided courtesy of Cult Classic Wines. Dan will be talking though the wines he has chosen to pair with 5 delicious course of Italian food!

Provisional Menu - may change but only for the better!

Amuse Bouche - Involtini - (see pic)

Anti Pasti - Mixed anti pasti platters including some fabulous proscuitto, some n'duja, bruschettas etc.

Primi - Gnocchi alla Romana - a semolina based gnocchi smothered in parmesan and served with a wild mushrrom & white wine sauce

Secondi - Porchetta, served with Melanzane Parmigiani

Dolce - Tiramisu
