'Love a Locavore' has just come back from a little trip to Lisbon.
Whilst there, Alice, Head Chef of 'Love a Locavore' had a cooking lessonVitor Claro, the Head Chef of the 5* hotel, The Albatroz, based in Cascais and learnt how to cook some delicious traditional tastyPortuguese treats which she is going to recreate for her diners at the Pop-Up Restaurant on Wednesday 8th.
The menu will be something along the lines of:
☀ Pimientos de Padrón
☀ Pasteis de Bacalhau
☀ Clams in Coriander, Garlic and White Wine with Homemade Bread
☀ Arroz Doce
☀ Selection of Potuguese Cheeses and a glass of Port
There are 16 places to have but do register your interest if you would like to be part of this culinary experience.
