About the menu
The dinner will start with our signature salad made with watercress, tofu, katsuobushi (smoked bonito flakes), red shiso furikake (dried and salted perilla leaves) and seasoned with ponzu, a citrus-based sauce.
The next course will be the square-shaped, incredibly silky and firm Sanuki udon.
Originate from Kagawa prefecture, Sanuki udon are nowadays the most appreciated type of Udon noodle in Japan.

- 24H marinated Saikyo-miso salmon
- Wild rocket leaves and yuzu-marinated smoked mackerel
Matcha dorayaki, chocolate mochi, aka daifuku
The event is BYO, feel free to bring your favourite drink.
