A real rabbit is going to hop all the way from Umbria, bringing with him the italian spring flavors....
- * Aperitivo with DOC italian wine Pecorino della Val d'Orcia and La Casella salame
- * Courgette flan over a base of italian cheese cream
- * Timballo made with asparagus and smoked provola cheese
- * Rabbit stuffed with artichoke with fresh fruit and green salad
- * Crostata with handmade custard cream and seasonal fruits
- * Vegetarian Friendly (Please mention your specific requirements during booking. Specific diet requirements need advance notice to chef).

La Casella, our paradise in Umbria, is about to arrive in London again! Our magical chef will bring over fresh ingredients directly from our farm to give you a taste of real Italy. Last time pigs flew... and now a real rabbit is going to hop all the way from Umbria bringing with him spring Italian flavours!
AND NOT TO FORGET: before dinner we will have the pleasure to cheer with some marvelous DOCG wine and taste some delicious Pecorino della Val d'Orcia and La Casella salame
