Event Description

Primitivi's is a new supper club in the heart of Somerset. It's inaugural weekend is 7th and 8th of October, the theme is AUTUMN'S BOUNTY. The menu will be uploaded as soon as it is finalised, but will feature local seasonal ingredients

The base menu has now been agreed and is:

Warm goats cheese salad with pears and walnuts accompanied by home-made bread.

Pork with cider sauce, cider glazed potatoes, baked apples with walnuts and apricots and seasonal vegetables. or

Tagliatelle with aubergines tomatoes and basil (v)

Prune and armagnac tart with creme anglaise.

Coffee and hand made chocolates.
