Everybody loves chocolate, and rightly so. Raw cacao is  a real nutritional powerhouse  and a million miles away from the over processed, sugar-laden  and nutritionally dead products that crowd our supermarket shelves.

Further to popular demand this is the first in a planned series of raw food demonstrations by RawMe. 

Join me in the kitchen to see how I make beautiful, delicious and nutritious chocolates.  Learn how to gain an appreciation for all the raw ingredients and see first hand how they combine to the best effect.  We will go back to basics and I will show you how to make truly raw and delicious chocolates in the comfort of your own home. No special equipment needed. 

Bring a notebook and make your own notes and observations whilst you follow me in one of my favourite environments - the kitchen.

We'll be sampling bits and bobs along the way and at the end you'll have a nice chocolatey gift to take home as a memento of the demonstration and to inspire you to make your own.  I'll have a small amount of basic ingredients for sale on the day to get you started.  We'll be using top quality, natural, raw ingredients and you'll wonder why you ever ate the mass produced stuff. Raw cacao gives a real high and you're sure to leave with a real buzz!
