Selection of canapés to include:
Lemontree breads
Pressed lambs belly with gremolata
Seared squid
Mini bang bang chicken
Polenta, goats cheese and fig chutney
Surprise vegetable fritters.
Starter:
Ham hock terrine with Lemontree piccalilli toast and radish salad
V - roast vegetable homous with piccalilli and radish salad.
Fish course:
Crab bisque with croutons, rouille and shaved goats cheese
V- gnocchi in roasted tomato sauce and crumbled ewes cheese.
Main:
Salt roast beef, horseradish mash and seasonal vegetables
V- whole of the garden terrine, dressed courgettes and green bean salad.
Dessert:
Pana cotta, blackberries, caraway and lavender shortbread.
Mini salt caramel brownie and coffee.
Menu subject to slight changes due to local ingredient availability.
