Ham hock terrine with Lemontree piccalilli toast and radish salad
V - roast vegetable homous with piccalilli and radish salad.
Crab bisque with croutons, rouille and shaved goats cheese
V- gnocchi in roasted tomato sauce and crumbled ewes cheese.
Salt roast beef, horseradish mash and seasonal vegetables
V- whole of the garden terrine, dressed courgettes and green bean salad.
Pana cotta, blackberries, caraway and lavender shortbread.
Mini salt caramel brownie and coffee.
