So we had our first outing at the Brentwood Theatre and now the Food Urchin Supper Club comes home to ........er well my house. The aim is to bring the concept of guerilla dining to the masses of Essex with a focus on using seasonal, local produce and suppliers. Once the season is in full swing we shall also be sourcing ingredients from our allotment. Fink local! *sniff*
