We’ve been on a massive Spanish tip for a while now. We’re lucky that we live in a city with an abundance of very good Spanish eateries and suppliers. Let’s just say we’ve eaten an unnatural quantity of tapas, picked up some tips and read a lot of books on this simple, yet incomparably exciting cuisine.
We’ve designed a 5 course menu featuring our favourite ingredients and dishes including octopus, beef cheeks and lots of garlic.
Chris will demystify the preconception that spanish food is a vegless, meat heavy oil slick through a series of short talks between each course.
Nik will be selecting and presenting organic and biodynamic wines to match each dish.
