A - Broccoli and Parmesan Soup drizzled with Walnut and Mint Winter Pesto, served with warm Ciabatta.
B - Confit Duck Spring Rolls, with a Carrot and Coriander Salad, Red Pepper Coulis and Hoi Sin Sauce
C - Foraged Wild Mushrooms, with garlic butter and thyme, served with toasted Ciabatta. (V)
A - Pan Roasted Cod Loin, served with Wilted Spinach, Lemon and Parsley crushed New Potatoes, and a Bavaroise Sauce.
B - 8oz Rump, 28 day aged, served with Fries, Vine Roasted Tomato & Pea Shoots.
C - Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Linguini, topped with feta cheese, pine nuts and fresh basil. (V)
A - Chocolate and Praline Semifreddo with raspberry and mango coulis.
B - Sticky Toffee Pudding with homemade toffee sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
C - Crème Catalana, with candied orange and vanilla shortbread biscuits.
