The White Truffle, considered the diamonds of the culinary world, was placed 4th on a list of the travel article "25 things to eat before you die".
On October 25th, Festin Supper Club will host a dinner presenting 4 dishes carefully created to compliment the distinct flavour of FRESH Alba truffles. Something you won't find anywhere else in Berlin this Autumn! We'll have one communal table for 10-12 guests. Contribution requested will be 49 Euro. A few wines will be available to compliment the meal for an extra donation. Tentative menu: Truffle Brulee - topped w/crabmeat, lime & chives Carpaccio Rolls- stuffed with ruccola & parmesan, drizzled w/ truffle oil Chestnut-Truffle Soup - fused with creme fraiche & cayenne pepper Palate Cleanser- Calvados Granita Homemade Ravioli - filled with Butternut Squash in truffle & sage butter Tiramisu & Truffles!
