Hi everyone. We are hosting a New York Style brunch on 1st April. We're planning homemade bagels with cream cheese + gravad lax (Tess is Swedish!), homemade doughnuts, mini burgers and lots more but we wanted to know if anyone had any ideas they might share with us?
I love brunch. One of my favourite meals. But...I've always found it more difficult to get customers for daytime events, don't know why, I can't think of anything more luxurious than drinking and eating during daytime hours at the weekend.
