Our family originates from the mountain region of Kashmir. Kashmir is an area known for its use of rich, diverse spices used to keep the locals warm during the long cold winters and makes use of its rich herbs and fine harvest produced during the summer seasons.
In the seventeenth century the Mughal Emperor Jahangir set his eyes on the valley of Kashmir and said if paradise is anywhere on the earth it is here in Kashmir. From this heaven we bring you it’s spices, which our family have blended to their own unique mix creating mouth-watering Kashmiri cuisine.
