1940s Supper Club
My name is Carolyn Ekins and my hobby is re-creating authentic WW2 ration book food. I've been slowly curing my morbid obesity by living on wartime rations and have reduced me weight from 345 lbs to 275 lbs and my goal is to lose another 100 lbs in the following 12 months.
My dream is to share a taste of history with anyone interested in the domestic home-front in Great Britain during the 1940's and will be opening the first 1940s Supper Club in Nottingham in October 2013.

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
