Hope you're well. My name is Niall Bradnick and I am the assistant producer on Channel 4’s hit cooking series, My Kitchen Rules UK – a food competition with an emphasis on pop-up restaurants. As well as a £10,000 prize, our contestants get the chance to represent their regions and be mentored by Michelin-starred chefs.
