I am a Fusion Vegetarian/Vegan/Live Raw Chef and create Beauty and inspiration with Natures abundance, I am pretty much self taught, trained a bit at Gleneagles and then with Roux but not for me* :) I prefer spontaneous creation in unusual locations, adds to me Creative style*
Supper Club starting up in Penzance Cornwall in March***
