In a few sentences tell us something about yourself: We are a family run unit, all from the Seychelles. We run by the name of ‘VINN GOUTE’ a phrase derived from Seychelles ‘Kreol’ meaning ‘Come and Taste’. The Motto is a word my grandmother use to say to me when she had combined a wealth of different ingredients grown locally in her garden at Anse Boileau on Mahe Island. Served with freshly caught grilled fish sourced from the clear blue seas of the Indian Ocean. I then came to live in England in 1999 and can remember missing the fine dishes sizzling on the out door coal powered cooker, and her hearty calls to the dinner table. So that was when London’s only Seychelles Street food pop up was born!

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.

We are looking for amateur cooks who are passionate about cooking to apply to be on the show. There is a cash prize up for grabs, and the chance to be judged by Gordon and other top celebrity chefs! Do you think this is something which may appeal to you?
