In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
I moved to the UK from Australia six years and in this country have nurtured and developed my love of cooking, eating, serving, reading about food. I have hosted four supper club nights and hope to expand my guest list and make it a regular bi monthly event. Currently I am cooking french inspired food, but now experimenting with traditional Australian native ingredients. My long term aim is to incorporate this "bush tucker" into my menu to create an unique "antipodean" dining experience here in London.

I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
