Terry is a classically trained chef with over twenty years experience working in prestigious restaurants in London and the south east. He trained under 3 star chef Nico Ladenis, 2 star chef John Campbell as well as working with Mark Hix formerly of the Ivy. His first head chef position was at Pasha in South Kensington where he developed his knowledge of North African cuisine.
