Having cooked in the beautiful surroundings in the Cotswolds over Easter. All the very enthusiastic yogis who had a very calming and energizing weekend just loved all the delicious vegetarian dishes we cooked for them.

14th May next Superb Suppers

Hi all

As I have mentioned before, I cook fresh and healthy vegetarian food for my friend Tabitha at her yoga retreat.Yogis have asked me for some time to cook these dishes. You will get a welcome drink,three course meal with a fantastic variety of salads and if the weather is nice you can go in the garden and have a jump on the trampolin.

Menu not fully decided yet but I will let you know nearer the time.

Cooking at a Cotsworld Yoga Retreat

I am off this weekend to do some serious cooking with a friend of mine at a yoga retreat, run by Tabitha Dean, in the beautiful country side in the Cotswold's. Damien Hurst's mansion is just around the next bend on a tiny little country lane.

The peacefulness and tranquility is just what you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of London.…

Superb Suppers

Dear friends

It's time to give an update on my blog.Having had now my third Superb Suppers event, a couple of food lovers have been back already. On a seperate date,a group of ladies booked an evening for their get together and never ending chats. Usually I like to sit with everyone after the supper and chat but belief me I these ladies were talking non stop and I just had to let them get on with it. What a great evening it was.
