This month is my 2 year anniversary! I'll be dishing up one of my favourite joints of Slow Roast Pork Belly with lots of crackling. I'm going to say it again - 2 years, can't believe it!

King Edward Roast Potatoes
Broad Beans with Parma Ham
Roast Beetroot & Red Onion
Cauliflower Purée
Caramelised Shallots
Gooseberry (if I can find them!), Ginger & Elderflower Compote

Here’s what the award winning Knackered Mother’s Wine Club has to say...
Pork belly. Yum. This needs a ripe, round red with smooth tannins (as too much tannin will clash with the fat). Go for a new world – either Chile or New Zealand – Merlot or Pinot Noir.
For the Pudding we need something that will work with the creaminess of the Crème Brûlée. Try an Australian Botrytis Semillon or a classic Sauternes.
