Event Description
I've flown over 2 Swedish chefs to help me with this incredible Swedish Midsummer celebration.
Linn Soderstrom, Stockholm supper club chef and Marion Ringborg who currently works at Spring restaurant, Skye Gyngell's place in Somerset House.
Expect all the usual suspects: different kinds of pickled herring including sandalwood (my favourite), home cured/smoked salmon, smoked salmon cheesecake, smorgasstarta, cheeses, strawberry cake, salted liquorice, aquavit, flaggspunch etc
Wear (if you want) Viking gear or flower crowns
Starts 7.30. BYO. Tickets £50.
