Expect all the usual suspects: different kinds of pickled herring including sandalwood (my favourite), home cured/smoked salmon, smoked salmon cheesecake, smorgasstarta, cheeses, strawberry cake, salted liquorice, aquavit, flaggspunch etc
Wear (if you want) Viking gear or flower crowns
