Cafe Nouveau at Home, the underground tea room in Huddersfield, is celebrating the Queen’s official birthday with some quintissentially British treats. Enjoy afternoon as it's meant to be served: vintage china, linen table cloths, antique cake stands, teapots and a welcoming host who gives guests the opportunity to spend a couple of hours in afternoon tea heaven.

The menu will include:

A selection of freshly made sandwiches including cucumber, roast beef & horseradish, and crab.

Summer sausage rolls

A selection of mini cakes including custard tarts, chocolate eclairs, summer strawberry roulade and nectarine & blueberry cake.

Freshly made sultana scones with jam and clotted cream

Holmfirth and Tea Pigs Leaf Tea and Cooper’s Coffee
