*The Bona Sera Supper Club* is proud to announce our next event! This June 11th event will be a little different…Bona Sera is teaming up with a local winery to provide you with an exquisite wine tasting event! This wine tasting will feature 9 of our favorite dishes paired with 9 locally produced, all natural incredible wines. Join us for a beautiful evening filled with live music, delicious food and great wine, all for a good... cause. This wine tasting will take place in a secret Ann Arbor location.
For this event Bona Sera is sponsoring two of our very favorite Bona Sera volunteers Kathleen and Jim as they prepare to participate in The Ride For AIDS: Sister and brother team up to raise money for those living with HIV:
Ride for AIDS Chicago is a two-day, 200-mile, bicycling event produced by Test Positive Aware Network and designed to raise needed monies for TPAN and Community Partners, working to slow the spread of the virus and assure those infected receive proper medical and support services.

We have space for up to 75 participants for this event! Remember all donations after the cost of the food go to the sponsorship of Kathleen and Jim for the Ride For AIDS! And all of your Bona Sera crew are volunteers.
Suggested donation for this wine tasting event is $50.00-$100.00 per ticket this price includes your wine tastings!
Simply respond to this email if you are interested and we will send you a request for payment. Include your donation amount and names of all participants you are registering.
The tasting will begin promptly at 7pm. Ticket holders will receive the secret location and instructions 2 days before the event. Because this event is a wine tasting this will NOT be a BYOB affair. Please do not bring any outside alcohol to this event.

3rd: Octopus Seaweed Sriracha Panzanella
4th: Chicken Saltimbocca
5th: Melon Gazpacho with Chili Oil and Serrano Crisp
6th: Drunken Little Duck with Farro Tabouli
7th: Asparagus Terrine with Michigan Goat Cheese
8th: Porchetta Sandwich/Bona Sera Pickles and Fennel Slaw
9th: Desert Tasting of Chocolate Malted Tiramisu/Salted Caramel Ice cream/Strawberry Gelee
