A Spanish inspired Supper Club in our habourside flat. Here is the menu we will be running with for our 1st event:

Acietunas manzanilla e almendras
Olives and pimention toasted almonds
Jamón Ibérico de bellota con pan
Finest Spanish cured ham with bread
Sal langostinos al horno
Salt baked langoustines with alioli
Ensalada pimientos rojos y garbanzos con espinacas
Roasted pepper salad and chickpeas with spinach
Merluza a la plancha
Grilled hake with garlic, parsley and lemon.
Costilla estofado
Beef short ribs braised overnight in sherry.
Vaso de chocolate
Chocolate pot.
We are aiming to create simple, delicous food in a imtimate and relaxed setting.
