A taste of Sicily comes to Wasing 

Back by popular demand, the Caldesi Italian Pop-up returns to Wasing, in Aldermaston, Berkshire on 16^th November 2016.

TV chef Giancarlo Caldesi and his food writer wife Katie will be hosting a pop-up restaurant as part of the launch of their new cookery book ‘Sicily.’

Giancarlo and Katie own and run two Caldesi restaurants in Bray and Marylebone and run their hugely popular cookery schools, at the restaurant in Bray, from their kitchen in Buckinghamshire and the original Italian cookery school, La Cucina Caldesi in Marylebone.  

The couple have written 10 cookery books including ‘Sicily’ which launches at the end of October. They feature regularly on Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch and the BBC created the series Return To Tuscany about them.

Join them at Wasing Park on Wednesday 16th November at 7pm and enjoy a menu of authentic Sicilian dishes.
