Event Description
South Africa has a delicious array of world-class wines, and wine expert Hilary Howes is ready to share all the secrets of this fantastic region with you. At this degustation event, you'll enjoy eight amazing wines, paired with a four-course dinner.
You'll start with deep-fried squid with soy and honey, each bite a savoury blast of flavour. Next you'll have delicious mushroom orzo. Your main dish is a plate of hearty mixed grill skewers, served with chakalaka, a spicy South African vegetable relish, and potato wedges. For dessert, you'll sweeten things up with apricot and almond tart and vanilla ice cream. It's sumptuous!
