While posting the menu for February, I’ve just looked out the window to discover its snowing. So what better way to cheer up than with a traditional roast lunch? This menu started off as a Burns Night tribute but seems to have migrated south of the border to a more English affair. To make up for it, I’ll just have to make sure the Tipple involves a wee dram!
