RED is the spicy chilli versions of Srilankan curries . while white is more milder version of curries with coconut milk and the black is the Dark -roasted spices with strong rich flavours .the combination of these curries make an extraordinary combination of dishes ,some wet ,some dry and some sweet .all memorable. one of the best way to experience local food is in the kitchen with a good home cook .

I am using good fresh organic veg and meat available here to blend with home made curry powders and spices flown all the way from srilanka.

if I want to include the list of spices we are using in our cooking ,the list will be long .they are all mixed of herbs and spices ,what I say true medicinal plants.

this time I am joining with a local srilankan family in uk for great food adventure before embark on a srilankan food tour to the beautiful island of srilanka .

bring your own bottle to sample some srilankan bites .some srilankan street foods.tuna cutlets and mutton lambrolls before you put your hand in the main.

STRING HOPPERS (the main)
the menu is the harder version rarely available in UK . which is made of rice flour . take some time in preparation .the rice flour dough will pressed in hand machines to make circular form noodles . and the string hoppers will be served with srilankan black chicken curry and red coconut sambol and white potato curry .

finish off your srilankan dinner with favourite sweet dish of the locals .the wattalapam with cashews .(palm sugar custard).

srilankan tea coffee will be served too ....

the house located with free parking and easily reachable by bus or underground .three stations are within 15 minutes walk (osterly,houslow west, Hounslow central),calm and quite neighbourhood ,the cosy house is limited to 10 diners .
