Event Description
Gloria Nicol is one of the only people in the UK who knows about pressure canning and hot water bath canning. It's a huge trend in the states as it is ecological and actually preserves the vibrant taste of vegetables.
She will teach and demonstrate how to do this then she and I will cook a jar meal supper club.

Hi Kerstin
Just letting you know that I'm not going to be able to make this class - gutted! I've just too much going on next week with classes Tuesday and Wednesday to prepare for and a copy deadline to meet too, so I'm just not going to be able to take any me time this weekend! Hope it goes well and I'll be interested if you repeat.
