Sizzler is going to be all about quantity as well as quality. We’ve got at least one dish from each of the Sizzler Southern Eleven states. (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Texas). We are also getting a whole pig (yes seriously) and are butchering it nose to tail to cook in at least seven different ways! I’m most looking forward to getting my smoke on and hickory smoking up some ribs as well as a pretty special slow roast belly with peaches and cider.
As usual other than your welcome drink we will not be serving alcohol so please feel free to bring your own bottle or two. Water will be provided with the meal.
The listed ticket price is a deposit to secure your spot for the evening. In addition to this you are asked to make a cash donation at the end of the meal to cover our costs, a suggested donation amount would be £15. For tickets go to our e-shop here
