Our April supper club will be held in an empty shop-front over two nights: 25th & 26th April 2014
The location’s still a mystery, but without giving too much away it will be in SW11. You will be notified of the location once you have purchased a ticket.
The dinner costs £30 per person which includes an aperitif and a 4 course meal (it's BYOB)
We’ll be featuring the freshest ingredients, as ever, and understandably this month’s menu is spring focused, featuring spring ingredients – some even totally free, wild and foraged!
We're planning to talk a bit about the food and will be running a little demonstration on how to cook hot smoked salmon in your own kitchen with standard kitchen equipment, so bring gas masks and breathing apparatus.
The menu will be a bit of a surprise, so please let us know if you have any allergies or there are things you don’t like. We can cater for vegetarians, though unfortunately this menu will not be suitable vegans.
